Serves as an individual contributor working under direct supervision, applying specialized subject matter to meet operational requirements. Demonstrates the ability to understand specific needs and effectively apply technical skills and knowledge. Responsible for supporting production activities by ensuring minimal equipment downtime and maintaining operational readiness. Exhibits a strong sense of urgency in restoring equipment functionality for production use. Performs scheduled preventive maintenance prior to due dates. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Activities include support in setting-up, calibrating and operating basic machines and equipment, following production schedules and quality standards, monitoring production processes, and troubleshooting simple production problems. Troubleshoots and resolves basic technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and escalates problems when necessary. Conducts preventive maintenance on equipment, by cleaning, adjusting, repairing, calibrating and replacing parts. Resolves resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence. Identifies and resolve maintenance issues; escalate issues when appropriate. Mains a Safety-First mindset in all tasks and decisions to ensure a secure working environment.
